Jain Foundation

Organization: The Jain Foundation is focused on finding a cure for a rare type of muscular dystrophy. It funds researchers in the field and provides patients around the world with access to information and clinical trials. Web technology is a key part of the effort to organize academic conferences, distribute research information, and reach out to patients.

Role: Since January 2010, I have provided software development consulting for the Jain Foundation. I have been maintaining, extending, and internationalizing the Jain Foundation's technology infrastructure. My work in improving the research forum, patient database, and website have made it easier for researchers, patients, and sponsors to communicate.
